Charlotte Bova - Listing and Buyer Specialist

  • Charlotte's focus is listing homes, prospecting daily for buyers for our listings & listings for our buyers, showing homes and negotiating contracts for our clients
  • Charlotte's normal hours are typically Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm. She prospects from 8 am to Noon each morning, returns phone calls after 1pm & normally schedules appointments starting at 3 pm
  • Charlotte has a reputation of being a touch negotiator and providing exceptional customer service
  • When Charlotte is prospecting, she is on the phone looking for buyers for our listings & homes for our buyers

George Gardner - Listing and Buyer Specialist

  • George specializes in listing & selling homes: This includes establishing a list price, marketing recommendations, coordinating repair contractors, negotiating offers, and managing the closing process.
  • ? George also works with our Buyers to find their perfect home through daily research, showing potential homes to clients and negotiating contracts. Once under contract George maintains contact with the buyer’s lender, facilitates home inspections, assists with the closing process and attends closing with our buyers.

Nick Roth - Administrative Assistant

  • Nick checks email through out the day & answers the phones
  • Nick handles administrative details for all our listings (Sellers, Short Sales, Bankruptcy Sales, etc) from the day of listing thru contract negotiations.  Nick handles all marketing & showing feedback/questions, processes all listing & contract paperwork, and keeps files up to date
  • Nick also coordinates the closing process for all our listings & buyers that are under contract. Other Agents, lenders, attorneys, appraisers, buyers & sellers are just a few of the people he contacts: monitoring deadlines, facilitating exchange of paperwork & information, etc. He works hard to ensure all files are on track to ensure the process is smooth & uneventful.
  • Nick also handles the admin details for our Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and other REO properties from pre-listing (Coming Soon) thru closing.
  • His hours are typically Monday through Thursday 8am - 4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
